Sonny Angel Christmas Series 2017
Category: SONNY ANGEL LIMITED SERIES
Celebrate the holiday season with the Sonny Angel Christmas Series 2017, an older limited-edition collection inspired by traditional wooden and tin Christmas toys.
Officially announced in October 2017, this festive series transforms Sonny Angel into four playful toy-inspired characters. Santa Claus, a reindeer, a marching drum boy and a wooden rocking horse come together to form a cheerful Christmas parade. The collection was officially scheduled for release in Japan on November 23, 2017.
Available Designs
Wood Doll Santa
Sonny Angel is dressed as a colorful wooden Santa doll, wearing a pointed red-and-white hat and a bright red, green and gold toy-inspired costume.
Reindeer Plushie
This design features Sonny Angel in a soft-looking reindeer costume with red antlers, a red nose and a decorative golden bell at the front.
Drum Boy
Inspired by a traditional toy soldier or marching-band figure, Drum Boy wears a green uniform with gold and red details and a colorful drum-shaped hat.
Rocking Horse
Sonny Angel wears a white rocking-horse headpiece with colorful harness details, paired with a festive vest and red floral decoration.
The official Sonny Angel product archive records all four designs under the Christmas Series 2017 collection: Wood Doll Santa, Reindeer Plushie, Drum Boy and Rocking Horse.
With its nostalgic toy theme and colorful Christmas details, the Sonny Angel Christmas Series 2017 figure makes a charming addition to a holiday display or an older Sonny Angel limited-edition collection. Each character has its own distinct costume while remaining connected through the collection’s Christmas parade concept.
