Curious about the POP MART DIMOO Toy Story Series blind box? Here's what you can expect inside, how the 1/8 scale figures compare, and what to know before unboxing.
Quick Answer
Each DIMOO Toy Story blind box contains one 1/8-scale action figure with expressive styling and removable outfit elements, but the exact character is random until you open it.
Why the 1/8 Scale Matters
Unlike standard blind box figures, this DIMOO collaboration uses a larger 1/8-scale format. That means more surface area for detailed clothing and expressive character styling, which makes each figure feel more like a display piece than a desk trinket.
The larger size also affects how you display or store them. If you're a completionist, plan shelf space accordingly—these aren't pocket-sized.
Removable Outfit Elements Add Play Value
The catalog notes that each design includes removable outfit elements. That's a feature collectors often overlook: it lets you pose or mix pieces, which can make unboxing more interactive and gives you extra display options.
However, removable parts mean small pieces that could be lost. Keep the original packaging or a small container nearby when you first unbox.
Blind Box FAQ: What to Expect
- How many figures are in a box?
- Each blind box contains one 1/8-scale DIMOO Toy Story action figure. You won't know which character until you open it.
- Can I choose a specific character?
- No, the blind box format means the character is random. If you're hunting for a particular one, you may need to trade or buy from a reseller. Consider buying multiple boxes if you're aiming for a full set.
- What should I check after unboxing?
- Inspect the figure for any paint flaws or loose parts, especially around removable outfit elements. Keep the packaging for storage or potential resale. Store small removable pieces in a labeled bag to avoid losing them.
